OR for entrepreneurial ecosystems: A problem-oriented review and agenda

Innovation-driven entrepreneurship has become a focus for economic development and received increasing attention from policy makers academics over the last decades. While consensus been reached that context matters innovation entrepreneurship, little evidence decision support exists to effectively shape environment growth-oriented companies. We present entrepreneurial ecosystem concept as complex systems-based approach study of innovation-driven economies. The concept, in combination with novel data sources, offers new opportunities research policy, but also comes challenges. aim this paper is take stock literature build bridges more transdisciplinary research.
